What we test

Each network penetration test and vulnerability assessment is individually tailored to your company’s requirements, and the systems tested, with a scope ranging from individual systems to complex and extensive enterprise-wide infrastructures.

Our finely tuned, in-house penetration testing methodology is in line with other recognised methodologies such as OSSTM, NIST SP800-111 and OWASP. In addition we utilise methodologies such as OCTAVE, HMG policy or BS7799-part 3 as appropriate for risk assessments.

We typically assess the following:

  • UNPATCHED vulnerabilities in services, operating systems and applications
  • INSECURE programming or default configuration
  • ACCESS CONTROL weak passwords and insider attacks
  • PROGRAMMING application logic flaws

Methodology: Infrastructure Assessment

Our goal is to locate and document as many vulnerabilities as possible.
